Refund & Return Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been packaged for shipment or delivery. Once the order is out for delivery to you, cancellation of the order is too late, however, if the product you received is not what you expected or is defective, we provide 30 calendar days after delivery to make the return, receiving a full refund of the purchase amount using the same original payment method. You pay only the cost of shipping and any fees related to payment processing if western union, money gram, or a similar service was utilized in paying for your order. All other refunds classified as cash payments will be made by our company and sent to you within 3 business days of receiving the returned items. Should an item be lost or damaged that you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. (72 hours if over a weekend or holiday). We will provide the insurance claim documents needed and replace any damaged items at no additional cost and ship them within 72 hours of you notifying us of lost, or damaged shipment. All other returns are sent back at your expense, no questions asked within 30 days of delivery. Call us within 30 days with the receipt number and we will ensure a refund is processed within 3 business days using the same form of payment as the original purchase and if by cash, see above for the two variants we use.
